A Gem by the Beach . 4 bedroom , Abel Tasman

A very nice cozy family place right in Kiateriteri! Positive: The kitchen is well outfitted for cooking. There's plenty of room in the bedrooms and comfortable beds too. Lots of room with furniture to sit outside and enjoy the sun, or shade as one prefers! It has been nicely remodeled but feels very much a family home. It is a 1/2 block to the restaurants and attractions in Kiateriteri. Really, a great spot to relax and enjoy friends and family. I would stay here again! Negative: There is only one toilet. It is in a separate room to the shower so that helps, but it could be a limiting factor.

Beautiful property in the heart of kaiteri Positive: Absolutely beautiful home only meters from the beach and lagoon. The renovations you guys have done are awesome! Loved that the place is fully fenced in so didn’t have to worry about kids wondering off and huge backyard for them to play in if we weren’t at the beach or playground. Negative: Only thing was the beds but can’t really blame them too much as we are 5”11 ad 6”4 so being in a double/ Queen together was very tight and haven’t done that since we first started dating 😁🤣

This was our 6th year staying at this property and it once again ticked every box. The new decking at the front door and left side of the house was amazing and meant all meals were easily eaten outside. Great location for easy access to the beach and walks. We hope to be back again next year

A fantastic place for a holiday. Graydon Grove is comfortable, a good bathroom ,great decks for both morning and afternoon and everything you need in the kitchen. Two minute stroll to the beach. We will certainly come back.
